Exercise and AppetiteExercise helps control appetite. Studies with both animals and humans suggest that exercise can help control appetite. Exercise in moderate amounts does not stimulate your appetite. If you exercise and feel increased hunger, your mind is at work rather than your body. Take a few deep breaths, ask yourself if it's a true physical hunger (stomach growling, headache present). If not, redirected your energy and press on with your workout.
