Shoes! We are on our feet so much these days. It just is outrageous how fast our shoes become STOMPED OUT, offering no cushion when we walk and leading to a lot of pain and discomfort.
Shoes go fast especially if your job requires you to be on your feet, standing or lifting, for most of your shift. If you wear supportive athletic type shoes, look at the soles. Are they sort of wrinkled? This means the supportive cushion aspect of that shoe has worn out. It's a little thing that doesn't show very much until you compare them to a new pair of shoes. Some relief can be found with heel cushion inserts in the shoe. These often come in combination with some arch support and can give shoes new life for a few more weeks.
