What can I use if an essential oil is too strong?

Oil and Water

Always keep a bottle of pure vegetable oil around when working with essential oils. Vegetable Oils dilute essential oils if they cause discomfort or skin irritation. Remember, oil and water do not mix. Use a pure oil base instead to dilute oils.
