Do you know how long we´ve had data that anti-oxidents would help control cancer? A 1993 National Cancer Institute study in Linxian County, China covered nearly 30,000 people over age forty. Deaths were lower in the group who took daily doses of 15 milligrams of beta carotene, 30 milligrams of vitamin E and 50 micrograms of selenium. There was an overall drop in cancer deaths of 13 percent.

There are many dietary sources of anti-oxidents, including freshly brewed coffee!
