Take two tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Mix.
Rub this mixture on your hands and feet to exfoliate and moisten dead dry skin. Rinse with warm water to get sugar off only and pat dry with towel.
Get 1 Small lemon, sliced
Rub the slice of lemon over your nose to help dissolve dirt which may be stuck in your pores.
Use the other slices to rub on your elbows and feet, in a circular motion to exfoliate your skin.
Wipe years away from your face and feelings, just like that!
Hydrating undereye balms from the cosmetic counter, or a cotton ball with some cooling witch hazel on it, or just a plain icy cold cloth are some items that will help do away with puffiness, and age giveaway for three or four hours.
Don't get any of these items into your eyes.
Make all applications gently; rubbing stretches the skin around the eyes and can leave bruises.

Mix 2 ounces of Water, 1/4 Teaspoon of baking soda or Sea Salt, 1 drop of Pure Peppermint Oil, and 1 drop of Tea Tree oil.
What should we think of skin which sloughs off after a bath? Small, loose, 'rolling' bits are dry skin, usually, ready to be "shed". Unusually large pieces or raw areas should be shown to a doctor.
An exfoliating soap used once a week will help take this skin off in the bath. Exfoliating soaps contain some sort of abrasive product such as oatmeal. Oatmeal soap has many skin benefits and has been known to also give relief to insect bites or plant irritations such as poison ivy or poison oak.
Vigorous rubbing with the bath towel will help remove extra dry skin. I like to keep a pumice tool or pumice stone near the shower to help with skin ready to be shed, especially around heels and elbows.
One benefit of keeping ahead of the build up of skin ready to be shed will be found around your feet. The extra build up can become a callous which can lead to painful cracks in the flesh, especially during dry weather. Usually this extra skin build up is not unhealthy, but I feel so good after a good rubbing to get rid of it!

Before applying, moisten your hair slightly by running wet fingers through it, then massage the egg mixture into hair and scalp.
Wrap head in a towel or shower cap and and sit back and relax (try a sauna, long hot bath, or just relax in a warm place). The heat of a sauna is the best environment for this treatment.

An inexpensive way to keep your lips soft in all kinds of weather.

1 teaspoon glycerin
2 tablespoons honey
Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl. To use, apply to chapped lips with your finger or a cotton ball. Use as often as necessary for chapped lips until condition improves. Store refrigerated in a tightly covered jar.
Olive oil is therapeutic in itself, glycerin and honey draw moisture to the surface of your lips. Dryness contributes to chapping, but licking your lips doesn't put the moisture where it's needed.
