Fibromyalgia is considered to be related to the arthritis family of diseases. It is sometimes called muscle arthritis. There is some evidence that foods belonging to the night shade family, such as potatoes or tomatoes can contribute to arthritis pain. Consider the possibility that eating less of these foods could help with pain for either fibromyalgia or arthritis.
