Tip of the Week

To reduce fat at restaurants, order all foods without butter or margarine, mayonaise, gravy, sauces, salad dressing, etc.

Add your own "on the side" topping to control portions.

Ask for less to be served as well. Some establishments like to be over generous with whipped butter for example. You are not obligated to eat all they serve you!
