Take Vitamin C for Cholesterol

Vitamin C has been shown to improve cholesterol levels. In a study of 827 people by the USDA and National Institute of Health, it was found that the people with high levels of Vitamin C in their blood also had high levels of HDL - the helpful cholesterol that lowers heart disease risk.
