Tip of the Week

Infuse a heaping tablespoon of fresh thyme leaves in one pint of boiling water for five minutes. Drink hot, sweetened with honey. This is good for depression and tiredness, especially effective in the morning instead of tea or coffee, as well as when under stress. It is good for Premenstrual Tension, menopausal symptoms, and after colds and the flu. When applied externally, infused thyme can help reduce the swellings associated with rheumatism and edema.
