Tip of the Week

An apple is more effective at stimulating and waking us up than any form of caffeine.

When you eat an apple, the available energy sugars are available to you longer than when you drink apple juice or eat applesauce. Be sure to wash your apple before eating. Plain water is fine, or add just one drop of your dishwashing liquid to a bowl of cool water, wash the apple, then rinse and enjoy.
