Can a Cold be Shared and Re-shared?
NOPE! If you pass on (share) a virus to which you are already immune, you will not get re-infected (re-sharing). However, if your co-worker, spouse, significant other, child, or seatmate on the bus gets a cold from a different combination of viruses which are foreign to you, then you could seem to turn around and get another cold just as you are recovering. You are not passing the same virus back and forth even though it may seem you are.
To help prevent getting colds...remember to:
*Wash your hands frequently and completely.
*Keep your fingers away from your mouth, especially after touching your eyes or nose.
*Drink plenty of water to keep nasal secretions thin.
*Get plenty of rest.
