Avoid overcooking fruits and vegetables when you are preparing them. Some vegetables such as broccoli and cauliflower cook much faster than others such as carrots. I can never understand why broccoli, cauliflower and carrots are combined for a vegetable blend! If the carrots get done, thereīs nothing left of the cauliflower and broccoli!

For best nutrition, let those carrots stay firm and donīt destroy the other vegetables
