Broccoli is a very highly under appreciated vegetable! Eaten fresh, itīs a tasty relish. It can be chopped and added to many fresh veggie salads or steamed and make an excellent side dish.

By weight, fresh broccoli that has been boiled and drained has 16% more vitamin C than an orange, and roughly as much calcium as milk.
