If you're interested in adding antioxidants to your daily intake, start by eating fresh fruits and vegetables rather than taking most supplements claiming antioxidant powers.
The USDA Agricultural Research Service, which tested 46 "natural products" that claim to disarm cell-damaging free radicals. Berry, grape seed, and pine bark supplements (pycnogenol) varied all over the map in antioxidant power - as much as a 525-fold difference. There are no standards for such products, and no way to know what you're getting.
