One of the best ways to dramatically cut your cancer risk is to eat more vegetables.

Several veggies are high in anti-oxidants, which are believed to be a good cancer preventative in the diet. Veggies provide fiber in the diet which is also a good cancer preventative, especially intestinal types.

First kinds of veggies to choose are in the brassica family: cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower and Brussels sprouts
