How much should I cook my food to kill bacterias in it?

Cooking...WELL!

The best way to prevent bacteria in foods is to make sure that they are completley cooked all the way through.

Use a meat thermometer to cook meats DONE! Cook poultry until it hits an internal temperature of 180 degrees; ground meat, 160 degrees. Cook fish until the meat is opaque or white and flaky, not translucent.

Cook eggs till they are firm and not runny.
