What can I do to prevent Alzheimers Disease?

Never drink from a Can!

Aluminum is a prime suspect in triggering Alzheimers disease. Drinking soda from a can may deposit as much as4 milligrams of aluminum inside your body, well above the minimum safe limit. If you drink soda, buy it in ANY other type of packaging OTHER THEN CANS.

Alzheimers is nothing to fool with. It is a terrifying disease that cuts your life in half, leaves you totally dependant on others, and not even able to recognize those you love. You literally lose your mind.

Also be aware of the foods you eat, cook, and store in aluminum foil, and pots and pans.
