Here's a simple way to remember the maximum grams of fat per day you should NOT exceed to stay healthy.

Simply divide your IDEAL body weight in half. For example, if 120 lbs is what you should weigh, do not consume more than 60 grams of fat per day.

To lose weight, much less is recommended.
